DEFECTIVE FOOD PRODUCT RECALL-MAY CAUSE SERIOUS INJURIES

A serious Defective Food Product Recall has been issued by Nestle’ serious injuries may result if this product is consumed. Pizza and popular frozen meals are included in this recall many of your friends and family members may be storing in their freezer. Please share this recall. The products that have been recalled include several varieties of DiGiorno Pizza and several varieties of Stouffer’s Lean Cuisine. The foods in question may contain small pieces of glass. The recall is limited to certain product codes. The products are currently under investigation but the source of the glass is believed to be spinach which is a common ingredient in all of the products recalled. Consumers brought this issue to the attention of the manufacturer by reporting that they had found small pieces of glass in some of the products that are now on the recall list. No Injuries have been reported. Do not risk your health or the health of your family throw the product away or return it to the store where you purchased the item. If you have any of these products in your freezer check the product codes immediately. The recall is limited to specific product codes. To locate the production code look on the side panel of the package. Consumers who may have purchased the products listed above should not consume them but should instead contact Nestlé Consumer Services at 800-681-1676.
